Valari is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with over fifteen years of experience in public health nutrition. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goal of health and wellness and understands the role foods and nutrition, as well as daily physical activity plays in one achieving their goal.  She holds a BS in Foods and Nutrition and a MS in Dietetics and is certified in adult weight management.
